这两个连词主要表示一种选择关系。

  1. or:或者；

  2. either:两者之一，either...or...:或者......或者......,连接两个相同的成分，当连接两个并列主语时，谓语动词的数与最近的主语一致。

Would you like to leave or would you like to stay ?

你想走呢，还是想留？

Do you go to school by bus or on foot ?

你上学是会公共汽车，还是走着去？


Are you coming or not?

你来还是不来？

Which do you brefer,white ,grey or brown ?

你喜欢哪种颜色，白色，灰色还是褐色？


Either he or I am right .

要么他对，要么我对。

Either he could not come or he did not want to .

他要么是不能来要么就是不想来。

Either he or I am to blame.

要么他要么我将受责备。
